CrossFit is a complete and intense training method. It’s a mix of athletic strength, gymnastics, weightlifting and stamina training.
If you are short in time but still want to train and lift weights, CrossFit is the sport you need. All sessions are short, the movement change class after class, and all efforts are performed at high intensity.

You will sweat in an extraordinary setting: the box itself is 700m² big! You will enjoy spacy changing rooms and individual showers. The access is easy and the box faces the beach. You can come by bus or by car (free parking lot).
Warm-ups take approximately 20 minutes, skills training take 10 to 20 minutes, and the Workouts Of the Day take 10 to 30 minutes.
A CrossFit session takes an hour an can fit any time schedule, even the busiest. No excuse. The variety of training is infinite. Every cycle is different. You can’t get bored, and your body can’t get adapted to your routine. So we would be glad to say:
‘Don’t worry, you won’t get sore next time’, but that would be a lie.
Be there 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.
Don’t forget your shoes, your gym clothes (there are changing rooms, showers and sauna), your water, and your towel (it may get hot in there).
